Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled Estimation Engineer (Civil) with strong technical and cost evaluation skills to join our Estimation Department. The role includes preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, coordinating with technical and procurement teams, and ensuring competitive and compliant tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Technical teams for accurate material and subcontractor pricing.
- Identify risks and propose value engineering options.
- Support the preparation of commercial and technical proposals.
- Maintain historical data of pricing and suppliers for benchmarking.
- Attend site visits or tender clarification meetings when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of estimation experience in the UAE construction industry
- Familiar with residential, commercial, and governmental building projects
- Proficient in estimation tools like Candy, CCS, Excel, or similar software
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
