Job Summary:

BUILDING CO. (BEST) L.L.C is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee all commercial aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contract management, cost control, procurement coordination, and ensuring project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects.
2. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
3. Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
4. Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
5. Handle claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
6. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying,
2. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in commercial management within construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of contracts (FIDIC preferred).
4. Experience in cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
5. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
6. Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in UAE/GCC construction projects.
2. Professional certifications (MRICS, PMP, or equivalent) are a plus.
